Tambourine Innovation Ventures (TIV) partnered with a distinguished technology solutions provider dedicated to pioneering solutions that drive positive societal impact, particularly in the healthcare sector. Our collaboration focused on addressing health disparities by enhancing the firm's capabilities in securing and managing an NIH SBIR grant, an area where they previously lacked expertise. As the healthcare industry stands on the brink of a digital transformation, the integration of social determinants of health (SDoH) data is crucial for advancing health equity. The client aimed to develop an interoperable and scalable data management system capable of effectively collecting, sharing, and analyzing healthcare data.
